Our People

As a grandmother of eleven, Mary Lou often spends her time running from one event to the next. Mary Lou is praised by her grandchildren as being an amazing hostess and cook along with her ability to throw fantastic parties. When not supporting grandchildren, Mary Lou enjoys traveling and spending time in her garden. She earned an Associates Degree from Stevens Henagar College with an emphasis in secretarial skills which she has utilized and built upon throughout her career.

Mary Lou is the owner of Juab Title and focuses on administrative duties along with being a master of complicated transactions.

When not in the office, Mike can be found on the mountain. He has a passion for hunting, fishing, and being in the great outdoors. He has hunted in 15 of the 50 states as well as Canada and South Africa. Mike earned his Bachelors degree in Finance along with a Master of Business Administration from Southern Utah University. Mike and his wife, Nikkii, are the parents of two beautiful girls. Due to their interest in theater and dance Mike is often found in the audience supporting and cheering them on.

At Juab Title, Mike specializes in water rights and title examinations.

Playing basketball, softball, and volleyball are among Paul’s top leisurely pursuits. When he isn’t playing he enjoys going to games and cheering on his team. He isn’t a fair weather fan so he can publicly proclaim Go Cougars! Paul served a mission for his church to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania shortly after graduating from high school. Following his return he earned a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University in Business Management. He is married to the love of his life, Arianne, and they reside in Nephi.

Paul’s duties at Juab Title involve being the wizard at completing escrow documents and closings.

Although Tina claims she earned a degree in scrapbooking, she decided to go back to college and earn a Bachelors degree in Business Education from Utah Valley University. In her spare time she loves graphic design work along with weeding her garden; but as a mother to four very involved youth, she can only give these hobbies limited attention. Tina and her husband, Andy, purchased the home she grew up in and have loved raising their children in Mona.

Her duties at Juab Title include monthly reports and reconciling bank accounts.

Being raised in Nephi, Joelle loves interacting with the locals and also meeting all the new faces that come into the office. She is currently raising two boys here in Nephi with her husband Kyson. When they’re not chasing their kids around to all their activities you can find them in the outdoors. Joelle is an avid true crime junkie.

At Juab Title, Joelle can do a little of everything but her time is usually spent preparing commitments and policies.

As a mother of four boys, Hollie is often found at either football games or wrestling tournaments. Hollie loves to cook, sew and make pretty quilts. Hollie also enjoys camping and spending time with her family. Hollie and her husband grew up in the big city so moving to Juab county 15 years ago was quite the adjustment, looking back at the time spent here in Nephi, Hollie has been so grateful to have been able to raise her kids in such a wonderful small town.
